  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

2. Exchange on Aljanat Stores

  • You can exchange the product by visiting any of Aljanat Mall’s outlets.

3. Online Process for Exchanges

  • Exchange Request: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Customerservice@aljanat.com.pk with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange, including the size or color you would like to receive.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria.
  • Exchange Approval: If your exchange is approved, we will send you the replacement item within 5 business days. Our customer service team will contact you if the requested size or color is unavailable to discuss alternative options.
